Meet Our Team

With over 30 years of corporate experience, Greg serves as the President of Sizemore & Company, the Premier Resources Group’s parent company. Greg also currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the Construction Users Roundtable (CURT), a leading construction industry association. Outside of the office, you will find him teaching at the University of Cincinnati’s College of Engineering and Applied Science. Greg holds both a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Cincinnati and earned his law degree from the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law.

Dr. Cynthia Sizemore is Chairman of Sizemore & Company LLC, PRG’s parent company. Starting her career in real estate, and later transitioning to higher education, Cindy has a diverse professional background which transcends multiple industry sectors. Cindy utilizes that experience to support Sizemore & Company’s strategic and operational initiatives across the company’s family of brands. Dr. Sizemore has Associate’s degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, a Master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Doctorate degree from Capella University.  

With over a decade of staffing, advisory, and professional services experience, Nathaniel serves as the leader of Premier Resources Group. Under Nathaniel’s leadership, Premier Resources Group grew to national prominence, developed a national and international client base, and maintains a reputation as an elite staffing and advisory services company in a variety of industries. Before joining the PRG, Nathaniel served as an attorney with a large law firm in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Nathaniel holds a B.A. from Furman University and earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School.
