OUR STORY

The Premier Resources Group (PRG) has provided staffing and advisory services to the engineering and construction industries since 2008. What started as a side project of supplying a few contract resources to a large owner company quickly grew into an award-winning staffing and advisory services company that supports clients worldwide. After being listed twice on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in America, and because of its developing reputation within the industry, the Premier Resources Group (PRG) recognized that it was uniquely positioned to provide not one, but multiple services: to recruit and deploy high-end advisors to support clients’ projects and initiatives; as well as provide traditional project staffing services. With over 25 years of construction industry experience, Greg serves as the President of Sizemore & Company, the Premier Resources Group’s parent company. Greg also currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the Construction Users Roundtable (CURT), a leading construction industry association. Outside of the office, you will find him teaching at the University of Cincinnati’s College of Engineering and Applied Science. Greg holds both a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Cincinnati and earned his law degree from the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law.

With nearly a decade of construction industry experience, Nathaniel serves as the leader of the Premier Resources Group. Under Nathaniel’s leadership, the Premier Resources Group grew to national prominence, developed a national and international client base, and maintains a reputation as an elite staffing and advisory services company in a variety of industry sub-sectors. Before joining the Premier Resources Group, Nathaniel served as a construction attorney with a large law firm in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Nathaniel holds a B.A. from Furman University and earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School.

Our history

1989

Sizemore & Company's Journey Begins

Sizemore & Company LLC was founded in 1989 as an association management consulting company when a major Fortune 100 company expressed an interest in establishing local and regional construction associations.

2008

Staffing & Advisory

In 2008, the company began providing staffing and advisory services. This business unit of the company provides an array of technical and professional resources devoted to delivering high-quality supplemental resources, consulting, and project expertise to major construction projects, both domestically and internationally.

2019

The Premier Resources Group

Sizemore & Company becomes the Premier Resources Group and begins to bundle its staffing and advisory services to maximize value to clients worldwide.

2001

The Construction Users Roundtable (CURT)

In 2001, Sizemore & Company was instrumental in the formation and management of The Construction Users Roundtable (CURT), which is one of the largest construction associations in America. CURT now represents dozens of owner members representing over $200 billion in annual construction spending worldwide.

2016-2017

In both 2016 and 2017, as a result of hard work and dedication to delivering excellent results for our clients, Sizemore & Company was honored to be named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in the United States.
